Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$23.24 per hour

What’s a typical day as an Associate Technician? You’ll be:
– Reading and complying with the Company’s Environmental and Quality Policies, and reporting any deviations to management.
– Assuming personal responsibility for safety performance while demonstrating a genuine concern for the safety of co-workers.
– Setting up extruders to run products in accordance with standard operating conditions with minimal downtime.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a high school diploma, GED, or 5 years of manufacturing experience in lieu of a diploma or GED; no experience required, but two or more years in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
– Possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to meet quality expectations for manufacturing.
– Are available to work 12-hour night shifts, including overtime, and can work around 300 – 700-degree Fahrenheit extrusion equipment.
