- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Location: Portage, MI

What’s a typical day as a Sales Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
- Providing prompt and quality service and support to sales regions in areas such as order entry, converting, order management, temp requests, warranty replacements, sample orders, and troubleshooting order inquiries.
- Resolving sales representative issues and inquiries to their satisfaction.
- Effectively communicating with sales reps, regional managers, and other teams/departments.
- Performing administrative duties, running reports, and completing special tasks/projects associated with supporting the capital sales business.
- Ensuring accurate order entry and record-keeping in accordance with company specifications.
- Building relationships and fostering teamwork with fellow team members and individuals in other departments.
- Prioritizing and adjusting activities and tasks as needed.
