Location: On-site in Forest City, NC
Salary: $75,000 per year
Shift: 3rd Shift | 8:30 PM – 6:00 AM

What You Will Be Doing
• Leading root cause analysis to investigate defects, non-conformances, and process deviations
• Utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other data-driven techniques to ensure consistent product quality
• Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and developing 8D Reports to drive continuous improvement
What Makes You a Great Fit
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in quality engineering or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with sharp attention to detail
• Experience with root cause analysis tools, statistical problem-solving, and quality compliance standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
