What’s a typical day as Bilingual Customer Service Phone Advocate? You’ll be:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all telephone inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations.
- Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and accurately documenting all interactions.
- Initiating minor clerical adjustments based on provider requests and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems.
