What’s a typical day as Bilingual Customer Service Phone Advocate? You’ll be:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all telephone inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations.

  • Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and accurately documenting all interactions.

  • Initiating minor clerical adjustments based on provider requests and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems.
