What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative .
- Take and process customer orders via phone, mail, and through sales personnel
- Execute requests for quotation from customers and prospects, according to the Regional Managers guidelines
- Handle effectively the expediting of customer and inventory orders Provide total customer satisfaction by promptly and efficiently reacting to customer requirements, while working within established company guidelines.
- People skills/ building rapport/ conflict resolution
- Must have HS diploma or GED 1-2 Years front office experience Microsoft Experience [Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams]; Zoom is a plus. They utilize AS400 program so experience in this is a major plus.
