Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-Time
– Location: Menasha, WI
– Pay Rate: $20/HR
– Shift: 1st shift
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement product displays that enhance the shopping experience.
– Analyze sales data to inform merchandising strategies and optimize product placement.
– Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment of merchandise.
– Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and quality.
– Support promotional events and sales initiatives through effective merchandising techniques.
– Maintain awareness of competitor activities and market trends to inform merchandising decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field.
– Strong analytical and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with merchandising software is a plus.
– A creative mindset with a passion for retail and customer experience.
