- Pay: 33 an hour based on experience
- Schedule – M-F 40 hours per week
- Location – New Brunswick, NJ – hybrid role
What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:
- Provides a wide range of secretarial and administrative support
- Duties may include normal secretarial activities such as communication, word processing, scheduling appointments and travel, and so on.
- Follows up on relevant issues and informs manager of status as well.
- Duties & Responsibilities: Provides administrative support in areas of typing, expense reports, creating presentations, confidential correspondence, ordering office supplies.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations. Prepares memorandums.
- Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records.
- Makes travel arrangement, prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records. Collects and prepares information for management use. Provides required support for managers.
- Greets vendors and visitors.
This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:
- High School degree or GED required.
- 5 plus years of related experience highly preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plus
- Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
