Looking to make your next career move? Kelly is hiring for an Accounting Manager! This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at a sector leading manufacturer in Ladson, SC.
- Direct hire, permanent position
- Salary: $95,000-$102,000 + bonus potential
- Onsite role, eligible to work 1 day/week from home

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and review of monthly reports including reconciliations for use by local and headquarter Executive Management and Directors
- Month-end responsibilities include: the oversight of monthly journal entries especially calculations of provisions, prepaids, and use tax journal entries; and the preparation and submission of the monthly financial reporting package
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management and General Accounting, providing backup as needed
- Process ACH and wires and provide senior level management with information for approval Oversee the fixed asset inventory and assist as needed
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and recommend new controls for safeguarding company assets
- Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring the preparation of the annual financial statements is in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and preparing any federal, state and other required supplementary schedules and information
- Monitor banking activities of the organization
- Assist the management in the preparation of periodic miscellaneous accounting work, analysis, financial reports and year-end audit work papers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5-7 years of financial and management experience with day-to-day financial operations
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
