Job Title: Forklift Operator – Production Mover
Classification: Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Reports to: Shipping Supervisor
Date: Monday- Friday , First/Third Shift

Job Summary:
As a Production Mover, you will be responsible for the proper placement of products in the warehouse under the instruction of the Warehouse Lead. You will also supply the production floor with necessary items to ensure efficient production operations. This role requires working as a team to maintain an organized and safe environment while adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions and guidelines set forth by the warehouse and shipping management team.
- Supply the production floor with necessary items for the efficient completion of products.
- Remove, scan, and dispose of completed items from the production floor and place them in the staging area.
- Stage completed inventory in the warehouse in an organized manner while maintaining product and pallet integrity.
- Work in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the proper completion of all tasks before the end of the shift.
- Properly communicate any issues or concerns with the shipping supervisor and warehouse lead.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Certifications: Forklift certification required.
- Required Experience:
- Warehouse knowledge and experience preferred.
- Ability to work cohesively with team members.
- Willingness to follow directions and guidelines.
- Ability to maintain a positive and can-do attitude.
- Reliable attendance.
- Warehouse knowledge and experience preferred.
