Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Warehouse Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within our warehouse, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

  • Coordinate daily activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

  • Maintain safe and clean work environments by adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Manage inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies or issues as they arise.

  • Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products to customers.

  • Monitor performance metrics to evaluate and enhance overall warehouse efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse management or leadership roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, inventory software).

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
