Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$33.90 + $2 Shift Differential after 5 PM

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
• Completing preventive and proactive maintenance per the schedule to prevent breakdowns on equipment.
• Utilizing root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdowns and line stoppages while collaborating with other departments.
• Acting as the initial responder when a line stops producing, ensuring that the appropriate mechanical help is on site to correct any problems quickly using your electrical and/or mechanical skills.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Journeyman Millwright or Machine Repair certification and have a minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Possess strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, with sanitary welding skills preferred.
• Are self-disciplined, a team player, and able to handle emergency situations common to the operation, while maintaining personal cleanliness and following GMPs as described in company guidelines.
