Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$19.00 per hour
What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Receiving incoming calls, processing telephone orders from customers, and verifying correct items, quantities, prices, and availability.
• Coordinating customer orders to ensure they are shipped on time and effectively communicating priority orders.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with products or specific orders while maintaining professional communication with internal/external customers and vendors.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience or related field.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess advanced communication skills and polished phone etiquette.
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish.
