Strategy and Operations Contractor – Subscription Partnerships

Location: Remote USA

Contract Duration:  Through December 2025

Contract Type:   W2 through Staffing Supplier

About the Team

Our client is looking for top talent to play a pivotal role in building their subscription business. This is their fastest growing and highest priority area, meaning you’ll influence the company at large. Together we are building the world’s most valuable subscription product to attract & retain our most loyal customers. In this role, you will contribute to this objective by launching new features and campaigns that make our subscription service more valuable and engaging for our members.

About the Role

As a Strategy & Operations Contractor on the Subscription Partnerships team, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing strategic partnerships that drive subscriber growth and engagement. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing performance data, executing marketing activations, and supporting cross-functional teams in bringing partnership initiatives to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is resourceful, and can navigate fast-moving environments with minimal structure. You’ll help pull insights from data, monitor experiment performance, and ensure campaigns run smoothly, while collaborating with internal teams across Marketing, Product, Ad Ops, and Finance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, but also proactive in identifying gaps and taking initiative to solve problems.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

Get the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the Delivery business. You will learn a great deal about our subscribers and how to influence their behavior. Your role will have a direct impact on our quarterly earnings by playing a major role in volume growth. Additionally, you will have exposure to senior leadership throughout the company.

Responsibilities include:

? Experimentation execution,

? Experiment analysis (including SQL and Sigma visualizations),

? Summarizing key takeaways and

? Findings for multi-level cross-functional stakeholders, using data to ideate next steps. Main priority is the growth and lifecycle management of Partnerships to improve the offerings beyond food delivery.

? Challenges include being a generalist who can work across varying disciplines (e.g., strategy & operations, product, design, marketing, data science, engineering, finance, legal etc.)

? Position that enables you to be an owner and create opportunities for the business

? Launch high-impact campaigns and design, set up and monitor A/B experiments to learn and iterate

? Weekly reporting on metrics, experiments, results and build workback schedules. Team is trying to unlock more enticing benefits to retain subscribers. Role will be highly cross-functional (eng/product/analytics/marketing)

Were excited about you because…

? You operate at the lowest level – You have excellent attention to detail and are comfortable getting in the weeds to solve the consumer problem.

? You are comfortable with tech – You’re comfortable learning new software and using many different programs to support improving quality

? You are a self-starter – You have a bias for action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

? You are analytical – You use data to inform tough decisions and are comfortable operating at both the 10,000-foot level and at the 10-inch level. Excel/Google Sheets experience required; intermediate SQL experience strongly preferred

? You’re unafraid of ambiguity. You don’t need a playbook. You dive into difficult problems and come up with a plan. Rapid change and learning are exciting to you.

? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $30– $35/hr. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
