Job Summary:
As an Inventory Worker – Temporary Inventory Clerk in our Kent, WA office, you will play a crucial role in managing our flavorful brands, including Sparkling Ice waters. This full-time, temporary position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with a knack for organization and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment that values diversity and inclusivity, empowering you to thrive while ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly.
Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
– Location: Kent, WA
– Pay Rate:$22-$25/hr DOE
– Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Accurately track, monitor, and record all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and shipments.
– Optimize inventory levels and ensure stock rotation according to company policies.
– Maintain up-to-date records in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
– Assist in system troubleshooting and coordinate with IT to resolve discrepancies or system errors.
– Generate regular reports on inventory levels and stock movements, analyzing data for improvements.
– Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment by monitoring inventory levels through the system.
– Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure system accuracy.
– Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure efficient stock management.
Qualifications & Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
– Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role, with hands-on inventory management experience.
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems for inventory management.
– Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
– Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
