What’s a typical day as Superintendent EPC? You’ll be:
• Overseeing the total construction effort of the project to ensure completion in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Directing and supervising all self-performed and subcontracted work while maintaining company procedures and standards.
• Conducting weekly safety meetings and leading the Onsite Safety Committee to ensure compliance with the Health Safety Plan.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 15 years of construction superintendent experience, specifically leading projects with scopes of $3 million to $10 million.
• Possess over 10 years of experience with various types of self-perform work, including site work, foundations, structural steel, process equipment, and more.
• Can read and interpret contract documents effectively, ensuring thorough understanding and compliance.
