Pay Rate: $16 per hour

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll:

  • Customer Interaction and Resolution: Provide quality customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns while ensuring one-call resolution.

  • Product Knowledge and Promotion: Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio and effectively communicate additional promotions and services.

  • Order Processing and Documentation: Process customer orders accurately and promptly, document complaints/issues, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions.

  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Regularly communicate updates and escalate issues to supervisors or managers while collaborating with team members to meet customer expectations.

  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and skill development initiatives to enhance customer service capabilities. 
     

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM

  • Proficiency in 10-key typing by touch

  • Phone experience and professional communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions across various channels (phone, email, chat)

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with CRM or order management systems

  • Familiarity with the optical industry or related fields

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
