We’re seeking a Billing Support Specialist to work at a premier company in Phelps, NY. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for. This a long term contract position, working onsite in Phelps, NY.
What’s a typical day as a Billing Support Specialist? You’ll be:
• Answering customer billing inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Assisting with daily and monthly billing operations, including processing payments and managing customer accounts for suspensions and reconnections.
• Interacting with complex database and management systems to support customer needs and maintain accurate records.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of two years of experience in a direct or related industry, with an Associate’s degree in business or a combination of education and experience.
• Possess strong telecommunications skills and the ability to manage multiple, complex, and time-sensitive duties simultaneously.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in face-to-face interactions and cold calling effectively.
