Hey there! Kelly® Professional & Industrial is on the hunt for a Machine Operator HHDX Associate to join the awesome team at Johnson & Johnson Vision in Jacksonville, FL (Southside). Think you’re up for the challenge? We’ll be right by your side to make your job search a breeze!
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Schedule: Continuous rotating schedule (will include occasional weekends!)
3 on 2 off
2 on 3 off
2 on 2 off

Day-to-Day:
- Work with a team of 4, cycling through tasks (feeding the machine, monitoring the screen, etc.)
- Start, stop, and reset the HHDX D1 Machine using the terminal
- Convert multipack units to single units with the HHDX D1 Machine
- Monitor the HM1 display for error messages and stop the machine if there’s a jam
- Build cases, file batch reports, and handle the reconciliation process.
You’d Be a Great Fit If You:
- Can work a rotating 12hr shift schedule long-term, including weekends
- Have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in product distribution/manufacturing
- Are good with computers and enterprise systems like DCS, SI, SAP, etc.
- Have a knack for mechanical stuff and troubleshooting
- Pay attention to the little details and have solid analytical skills
