Kelly Services’ customer, an established manufacturing firm in heavy machinery based in Mississauga, Ontario is currently looking to hire a Direct Permanent placement of Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations.
• Secure, renew, and arrange delivery of orders. Work closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
• Enter orders and quotes accurately in a fast-paced environment, perform quote follow-ups and analyses, and ensure follow-through with full ownership.
• Offer both technical and non-technical support regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment to clients and staff.

Requirements:
• Fluency in French is an asset to engage with our customer base effectively.
• High School Diploma required; College diploma or University degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Mechanical or technical inclination essential to support product-related inquiries.
