We’re currently looking for Fin Clippers to join a leading fish hatchery in beautiful Belfair, WA. If you’re looking for an opportunity that’s both rewarding and impactful, this could be the perfect fit for you!

A day in the life of a Fin Clipper:
- Perform fish identification tasks, including fin clipping, coded-wire tagging, and other marking techniques.
- Assist hatchery staff with inspections and the safe transfer of fish between ponds and transport areas.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of your workspace and shared areas, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all.
What we’re looking for:
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality control.
- A passion for learning, with the ability to pick up new fish identification methods and tools.
- The ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
