Direct Hire-Plastics Machine Operator 2nd shift
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Training Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Regular Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Summary:
Perform machine operations, mold changes, and equipment maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Support production and shipping while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, adjust, and maintain blow molding machines.
- Perform mold changes, machine startups/shutdowns, and minor repairs.
- Monitor production quality and maintain machine logs.
- Ensure a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant plastic injection mold experience are a MUST!
Forklift certification (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
Environment:
Manufacturing setting requiring PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
