Job details
Our client, a large manufacturer located in Mogadore, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team as a Direct Hire employees.
Salary Range $50,000 – $57,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Perform order entry and track the production cycle through delivery.
- Ensure all parties have agreed and signed off on documentation of orders.
- Communicate via email and order entry and then followed up by phone contact.
- Follow through to check on orders and share updates with clients, answer customer questions.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing company.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with data entry, Word, Excel & email
- Strong problem-solving abiiltes to address concerns and resolve conflict
- Commitment to maintaining a positive customer experience regardless of circumstances.
- Ability to learn new computer programs and complex procedures in a highly customized, dynamic, multi-tasking work environment
