Exciting Opportunity for CNC Machine Operators – Competitive Pay & Innovative Work Environment!
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. If you’re passionate about working in a dynamic environment where quality and precision matter, we want you to be part of our team!
Pay: $18–$23/hr. (Based on experience)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shifts Available:
- B Shift: 4 PM – 2:30 AM (Mon-Thurs)
- C Shift: 10:30 PM – 7 AM (Sun-Thurs)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manufacturing complex parts using manual and CNC lathe/mill machines
- Ensuring product quality through precise measurements with calipers, micrometers, and dial bore gauges
- Working with tight tolerances according to blueprints and control plans
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a machine shop environment
- Knowledge of G and M codes and the ability to interpret blueprints
- Ability to stand, sit, and use hands for extended periods to operate machinery
- Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities, including close and color vision
