Pay Rate: Negotiable
Shift: 2Pm-11Pm (Some weekends)
What’s a typical day as Onsite Talent Advisor? You’ll be:
- Supporting administrative recruitment tasks, including order creation and CAD compliance
- Entering data in front office systems and processing screening results
- Maintaining candidate registers and employee records
- Responding to internal and external customer requests with professionalism
- Identifying business growth opportunities and maintaining business relationships with clients
- Leading initiatives to positively impact engagement results for contractors and clients
- Implementing work processes to improve productivity and client experience
- Administering recognition and retention programs
- Responding to general talent/client inquiries and managing payroll processing
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
