Job Opportunity: Machine Operator – Rochester, NY

Salary/Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00/hr (Based on shift and experience)
Overtime: Overtime opportunities are always available.
Shifts:
- A Shift: 6am – 2pm
- B Shift: 2pm – 10pm
- C Shift: 10pm – 6am

What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Machine Operation: Load and unload various materials into and out of machines, ensuring proper operation at all times.
- Monitor Machinery: Observe machine functions, troubleshoot minor issues, and adjust settings as needed to keep production running smoothly.
- Product Handling: Move and stack finished products to designated areas. Ensure they are properly stored for further processing or shipment.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect the finished product for quality, ensuring it meets all specifications. Report any defects or issues.
- Inventory & Counting: Accurately count and track quantities of finished products to ensure production goals are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Overtime Availability: Must be flexible and available to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Machine Operation Experience: Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment is required. Experience with specific types of machinery is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot defects and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Team-Oriented: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
