Direct Hire Opportunity: Customer Service Representative
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Company: Kelly Services hiring for their client, a reputable dental service company.
Job Summary:
We are now hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s dental service team in Honolulu. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide information about services offered by the dental practice.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with billing and payment processes.
- Perform administrative support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Competent with computer systems and scheduling software.
- Must be reliable and have good time management skills.
