We’re seeking a Mailroom Coordinator to work at a premier financial services organization in downtown Minneapolis. Sound good? Take a closer look below. What’s a typical day as Mailroom Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Working in the corporate mail room and interacting with anyone visiting, emailing, or calling the mail room or meeting at the mail stops.
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and effectively, including electronically scanning mail to direct items to the appropriate person or team.
• Managing the pickup and delivery of mail and packages to ensure they reach the correct destination on time.
• Making regular scheduled and ad hoc pickup/delivery services of large packages, supplies, and equipment within the corporate center building.
• Processing mailing and/or shipping requests identified by internal departments, partners, or the field.
• Performing routine services for centralized shipping and receiving, including inspection, verification, and communication regarding all shipments arriving at the corporate center.
• Replenishing copy/paper to all locations within the corporate center building.
• Cleaning and restocking supplies at mail stops, work areas, and distribution areas.
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED, with one year of related experience.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and can interact professionally with internal and external partners.
• Flexible to work additional hours or different schedules as needed
• Are able to lift up to 50lbs and able to be on your feet/walking throughout your shift.
