Assembly Manufacturing Engineer

NO CORP TO CORP (C2C) OR THIRD-PARTY RECRUITMENT

  • Location: ONSITE – Horicon, Wisconsin (53032)

  • Duration: 24+ month contract – estimated to end 10/30/2027 (Contract extension expectations or Internal hire possibilities)

  • Pay: Negotiable on direct related experience

  • Work Authorization: Must be currently located and able to work in the United States with valid employment authorization documents. Cross-border work is not permitted for this role.

  • Shift: 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Note: Role may require support or transition to off-shift. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

 

Top Three Must-Haves:

  1. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  2. Excellent communication skills for all levels of organization.

  3. Assembly process and tooling knowledge.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Spend approximately 50% of the day working on the shop floor.

  •  Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs, though this will be infrequent.

  •  Problem solving and trouble shooting skills are essential.

  •  Excellent communication skills for all levels of organization. The role involves direct line support for production employees and communicating project progress to management.

  •  Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling is highly preferred.

  • May drive personal vehicle to other facilities for meetings as needed.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Education Preferred: Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.) or 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.

  • Years of Experience Required: 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment. Recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered, but compensation will reflect experience level.

  • Assembly backgrounds and processes are highly preferred.
