9am-5pm Monday-Friday

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Coordinator? You’ll be:

– Managing BuildingLink work orders, monitoring their timely completion, and following up with residents to ensure satisfaction.
– Coordinating with contractors for utility shutdowns and maintaining accurate logs for renovations and maintenance activities.
