Clinical Research Coordinator I
The Clinical Research Coordinator I (CRC I) supports the daily operations of assigned clinical trials.  This role is based in San Antonio, TX. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction & Education:

    • Inform patients and caregivers about study procedures and expected outcomes.


  • Study Compliance:

    • Monitor study activities to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines.


  • Data Management:

    • Accurately complete and enter source documentation and case report forms.

    • Resolve data queries promptly.


  • Inventory & Logistics:

    • Manage and dispense study supplies and medications.

    • Maintain accurate records of study activity.


  • Clinical Procedures:

    • Perform specific protocol procedures like taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medications.


  • Adverse Event Monitoring:

    • Record and report adverse events and side effects.


  • Quality Assurance:

    • Participate in quality assurance audits.


  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate records and logs.

    • Label and organize study materials.

Required Skills:

  • Clinical Research Experience: 6 months – 2 years preferred.

  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous data entry and record-keeping skills.

  • Communication: Effective communication with patients, investigators, and other team members.

  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Some college or relevant medical certification is preferred.

Job Details:

  • Contract

  • M-F; 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm

  • Possible overtime

  • $22-24 pay rate
