Job Overview:
As part of our Quality Assurance Talent Pipeline, you’ll be an essential contributor to maintaining the highest levels of compliance and quality assurance in the science industry. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products, processes, and procedures align with both industry regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance systems and processes across multiple projects.

  • Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO) and company policies.

  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and production teams to resolve any quality-related issues and improve processes.

  • Assist in the creation and execution of validation protocols and testing procedures.

  • Prepare and review critical quality documentation, including reports, corrective actions, and procedures.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization and risk mitigation.

  • Provide training and support on quality control processes and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders during audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or similar).

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the science, biotechnology, or manufacturing industries.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO) and industry best practices.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with laboratory practices, instrumentation, and scientific research processes.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
