**We are looking for someone with experience as an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor who is also a licensed electrician**

Pay Rate: Negotiable – Depends on Experience
Schedule: 1st shift with a flexible start time between 6AM-7AM, Monday through Friday – must be able to work an occasional 3-4 hours on a Saturday
Location: Attleboro, MA
Duration: Permanent position with full benefits

Job Overview:

As the Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems critical to our operations. The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician with expertise in managing complex machinery, leading a maintenance team, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Maintenance Operations:
    Oversee the daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of equipment and facilities.

  • Electrical Work:
    Perform electrical repairs and installations on industrial machinery, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Equipment Management:
    Maintain, inspect, and repair machinery such as plating equipment, conveyors, pumps, and HVAC systems.

  • Safety & Compliance:
    Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to OSHA regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

  • Documentation:
    Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure:
    Valid electrician’s license in Massachusetts (required).

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance, including supervisory roles. Experience in metal finishing or manufacturing industries is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial controls.

    • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.


  • Technical Knowledge:
    Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is preferred.

  • Physical Requirements:
    Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
