Location: Aberdeen, MD
Shift Opportunities:
- 1st Shift: $17.00/hour
- Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
- Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
- 2nd Shift: $19.00/hour
- Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday – Thursday)
- Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday – Thursday)
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Associate is to safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put away, and ship products per established production rates using specified processes and procedures. Associates will be cross-trained to work in various departments to perform pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and put-away assignments based on business and operational needs.
Qualifications and Basic Skills
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) picking procedures or previous experience using menu-driven applications.
- Understanding of warehouse layout or the ability to learn the layout quickly.
- Ability to operate RF terminals to successfully receive, pick, and replenish products in the warehouse.
- Proficient in packing products using preferred methods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to match numbers accurately.
- Willingness to be cross-trained in receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping processes.
- Ability to understand other functions of the business as they apply to the position.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work closely and effectively with others.
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
