Tool and Die Maker – Precision Injection Molding

We are seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker to join a reputable manufacturing company specializing in precision tooling and injection molding for industries such as aerospace, medical, and commercial applications. This direct-hire position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and challenging projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, repair, and maintain precision injection molds and fixtures.

  • Operate EDM (wire/plunge), CNC, and other machinery.

  • Perform mold maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with the Tool Room Manager and team to meet production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years of mold-making experience, with recent CNC programming experience.

  • Expertise in injection molds or stamping dies.

  • Hands-on experience with EDM machinery and other mold-making equipment.

  • Ability to read technical drawings and CAD files (SolidWorks preferred).

  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive pay: $37.50 – $45.00/hour based on qualifications.

  • Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
