What’s a typical day as a Product Support Representative II? You’ll be:
• Providing advanced product and technical support to field teams, channel partners, and customers on complex issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Researching solutions for advanced problems, documenting technical issues, and contributing to product improvement initiatives.
• Developing and delivering training for products, services, or initiatives, and participating in problem-solving teams to enhance product reliability.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; experience in product support or technical roles is preferred.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
