W are thrilled to announce we are seeking 3 Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a prominent food manufacturing and distribution client located in Lebanon, IN. Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $30-34 per hour
- Schedule Options:
- 2nd Shift (Weekdays): Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 11:30 PM (2 positions available; controls experience required)
- 3rd Shift (Weekends): Choose between Friday to Monday or Thursday to Sunday, with flexible start times of either 9 PM – 7:30 AM or 11 PM – 9:30 AM (4-day, 10-hour schedule; 1 position available)

What to Expect in Your Role: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and resolving issues with facility components and systems, reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Troubleshooting and repairing automated packaging machinery, pumps, and both pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnosing problems with electric motors and control devices while adhering to safety standards.
Is This Job Right for You? This position may be an excellent fit if you:
- Have a solid understanding of automated machinery operation and troubleshooting, including electrical schematics.
- Possess skills in welding (gas and arc) as well as basic plumbing and carpentry.
- Can effectively communicate both orally and in writing, and achieve a score of 60 or better on the Standard Timing Model mechanical test.
