Job Title: Operations Management Systems Manager
Pay rate: $49.64 per hour
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
W2 contract only (No C2C)
Location- Clark, NJ, 07066 (Hybrid)
- +5 years’ experience, preferably in Supply Chain
- Exceptional in Microsoft excel
- Direct experience with regular interaction/management, an understanding of relational database concepts; the ability to merge and transfer files resulting in the creation of reports from multiple sources
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to derive and articulate insights and actionable recommendations from data analysis
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects independently, simultaneously, and with strong attention to detail
- Strong critical and analytical thinking
- Strong problem solving
- Experience leading a team of +2
- KPI development and management
- Strong communication and organization
Nice to Have:
Familiar with IT ticketing systems JIRRA, Service Now
Proficient in Power BI experience or similar reporting solution
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, process-oriented individual with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. They are constantly seeking opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities. The OMS Manager must be well-versed in distribution and supply chain operations, performance benchmarking, and KPI/dashboard development.
Experience with database management and related tools is a strong plus.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of analysts responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations related to inventory and order flow, ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency in hold management, meticulously tracking progress and identifying areas for further refinement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in technical and operational flows, demonstrating a sharp eye for identifying root causes and developing detailed action plans to address issues.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of standards, meticulously documenting processes and ensuring consistent implementation and improvement of systems.
- Represent the team on calls with cross-functional partners, delivering clear, concise, and well-organized updates and action plans.
- Lead Peak Planning and Management, utilizing strong organizational and analytical skills to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.
- Responsible for hitting MTD SHIP goals and maintaining SLA, meticulously tracking performance metrics, and proactively identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
