Kelly is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to work with our client in the beauty and personal care industry on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an international brand that is passionate about innovation, quality, and growth within a booming industry!

The Retail Sales Manager will:

  • Oversee and manage all off-line retail channels, including Ulta, Target, and similar partners

  • Direct and coordinate off-line sales activities to achieve business goals

  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events and visual merchandising needs

  • Drive sales performance and achieve high-level results

  • Monitor stock levels at retail locations and take corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory

  • Prepare sales projections, budgets, and control expenditures to remain within financial targets

  • Track and analyze sales statistics using key quantitative metrics

  • Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners

  • Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities

  • Stay current with beauty market trends to identify opportunities for retail channel improvements

  • Generate and communicate weekly and monthly reports with key highlights and action plans

  • Collaborate and demonstrate teamwork across functions to support business needs

  • Adapt to changing business needs and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of retail sales experience, with a focus on beauty industry

  • Mass skincare experienced would be a plus

  • Must have proven experience managing retail accounts with Ulta

  • Additional experience with Target would be a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of retail management best practices and principles

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retailer portal management

  • Outstanding presentation skills
