Pay Rate: $29-30 DOE
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday OR Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday 6pm-6am
** MUST BE OK WITH TRAINING IN THE AM FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS ***
What’s a typical day as a Production Equipment Technician? You’ll be:
• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment problems and responding to technical support calls.
• Installing electrical wiring and controls for production-related equipment.
• Relocating and installing new equipment as required.
• Tracking parts usage and providing input for inventory management.
• Contributing to a positive work environment and fostering team spirit.
• Providing input for performance appraisals of junior technicians.
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintenance records.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical/vocational education.
• Have vendor/equipment repair certification or experience for Broadridge’s insertion platforms.
• Have previous experience in a production environment, with knowledge of equipment repair.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Can work effectively under time constraints.
• Are able to stand while working throughout the duration of your shift.
