Shift and Payrate:
1st $19.00/hour 6 am – 2:30 pm
2nd $19.50/hour 2 pm – 10:30 pm
3rd $20/hour 10 pm – 6:30 am

What’s a typical day as a Production Technician? You’ll be:
– Reading and following work procedures and schematics with limited supervision to perform manufacturing and assembly operations on multiple product lines.
– Maintaining accurate records of work performed and participating in quality control inspections as required.
– Collaborating with team leads, engineers, and supervisors to enhance quality and process efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a High School Diploma or local equivalent, with a strong ability to learn packaging and small part assembly.
– Are proficient with computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel, and can understand and interpret written technical information.
– Demonstrate attention to detail, quality-minded work habits, and the ability to multi-task while handling tooling weighing 25 lbs. or less.
