Job details
Kelly Services is seeking a talented and creative contract Multimedia Designer to work at John Deere in Olathe, KS or Moline IL. In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative leads and copywriters to develop leading digital, video, and print advertising that supports John Deere’s marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with creative and content leads to develop digital, video, and print advertising.
• Design literature and advertising in accordance with corporate brand guidelines, including image selects, video storyboards, layouts, mockups, and final files with minimal supervision.
• Maintain current product listings across multiple platforms—print, web, media, and internal sources as required.
• Create web layouts using Figma.
• Utilize photography and videography workflow skills to develop mood boards and storyboards.
• Complete projects on time with a strong attention to detail.
Top Must Haves
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, and Bridge), Figma, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing tool.
• Solid communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to present design ideas effectively.
• Familiarity with various applications of design, including digital advertising, marketing, photography, illustration, and video production.
• Strong project management skills; ability to focus on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
• Experience working in an agency setting.
• Background in agriculture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Experience with Workfront project management system.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, producing a wide range of advertising and marketing projects as demonstrated through an online portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing tool.
• Proven project management abilities; responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting an 80% on-time metric for assigned work.
• Quick learner; ability to adapt to various software tools for online project management and team communication.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to team success.
• Ability to travel for photo/video shoots or events up to 15%
