In-Store Pay Install and Support Specialist

 

Contract Start Date: ASAP (W2 through Kelly OCG)

Contract Duration: 8 weeks

Location: San Francisco and East Bay, CA 

Pay Rate:   $30 – $35/hr

 

This person will be responsible for helping merchants and customers have a better experience on our client’s new in store program, Going Out, by both talking to them directly, helping pull data and insights, and creating longer term collateral. They will help us do this by setting up and creating merchant reporting, new emails, and meeting presentations. Additionally, this person will also be available to visit merchants on the ground to address any pain points from their feedback, observe interactions with consumers, and help them adopt tiles so that we can increase customer visits. 

 

Activities will include

  • Remote (3 days/week) – In Person (Up to 2 days/week)

  • Create better reporting and insights for merchants. Additionally, create merchant materials by updating data for merchant meeting presentations, sending merchant emails, helping create new collateral and forums to share data and insights 

  • Respond to inbound support tickets and help us scale this ability in the program 

  • Help with ad hoc asks (needs familiarity with GSuite and fast learner) such as data analyses, presentation creation, or deep dives 

  • Scheduling Merchant visits to troubleshoot pain points or set up new technology (i.e. NFC tiles) Observe restaurant operations and train staff if needed 

  • Secret shopping for compliance and/or observing restaurant operations and customer interactions  

  • Will require someone who is friendly, detail oriented, fast learner, analytical, comfortable with Google Suite including Excel / Google sheets. 

 

Additional Details: 

  • Must be located in San Francisco/East Bay

  • Will use public transportation, Lyft, or own vehicle

  • Hours:  Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

  • 8-week contract to start, with the potential of extension to fill other needs of the team

 

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $30 – $35/hr. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
