Pay Rate: $20 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)? You’ll be:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online chats
- Accurately document customer interactions and inquiries in company’s system.
- Educate customers about company’s products, warranties, and new programs to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed performance standards, including call quality, customer feedback, adherence to schedules, and attendance.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Mexican or Puerto Rican dialects preferred).
- Access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment.
- Experience in the building materials industry is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in using multiple internet-based systems and the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability to change and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
