Pay Rate: $18/hr

What’s a typical day as a Guest Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with information related to the auction, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
• Utilizing a provided script to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Taking messages and documenting customer interactions in the system for follow-up.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
• Are available to work flexible hours, including weekends through January 31st, especially during the auction period from January 18-26.
• Possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
