Now Hiring: Maintenance Worker in Kailua 

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour 
Schedule: Tues-Sat, 9:30am-6pm

 Responsibilities:
– Clean elevators (1 elevator with 3 floors per building)
– Set up elevators with plywood flooring and wall padding for move-in/out
– Mop floors
– Check and empty glass containers on all floors as necessary
– Daily cleaning of trash rooms
– Clean walls and doors
– Adjust trash chute doors and repair broken air lines going to the air switch
– Clean bathrooms
– Clean barbecue grills, picnic tables, pick up trash, and empty trash containers in courtyards
– Adjust landscape timers and replace bulbs in landscape lights
– Trim atrium plants and maintain planters
– Organize the maintenance room
– Keep reports on daily duties
– Pressure wash sidewalks
– Assist the Site Manager with assignments
  
 Requirements:
– Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Strong organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Physically capable of performing duties such as lifting, cleaning, and repairing
