Medicare and Medicaid Facilities Enrollment Coordinator
 
 
Kelly Services is looking for someone who has worked in a healthcare facility, like a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or home health agency, that has registered the facility with Medicare and/or Medicaid to be able to bill the program for services provided to Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries, worked with revalidations and essentially allowing them to accept Medicare patients and receive payment for their care; this involves submitting an application and meeting specific requirements to be considered a qualified Medicare provider. 
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medicare and Medicaid Facilities Enrollment Coordinator to oversee and manage the enrollment and certification process for healthcare facilities participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining accurate and timely submission of applications, renewals, and updates. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory agencies to facilitate seamless enrollment and certification processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment Management:

    • Coordinate the enrollment, revalidation, and certification processes for healthcare facilities in Medicare and Medicaid programs.

    • Prepare, review, and submit required applications, supporting documentation, and renewals in compliance with federal and state regulations.

    • Maintain accurate and organized records of all enrollment activities.


  • Compliance and Documentation:

    • Stay updated on federal and state guidelines for Medicare and Medicaid participation.

    • Ensure that all enrollment activities align with applicable laws and regulations.

    • Collaborate with compliance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues during the enrollment process.


  • Communication and Coordination:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between healthcare facilities and regulatory agencies.

    • Communicate updates and requirements to internal teams and external stakeholders.

    • Provide training and guidance to staff regarding enrollment processes and compliance standards.


  • Audit and Reporting:

    • Conduct periodic reviews of enrollment files to ensure completeness and accuracy.

    • Generate regular reports on the status of applications, renewals, and certifications.

    • Assist in audits and inspections related to Medicare and Medicaid enrollment.

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid enrollment or healthcare administration.

  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid programs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enrollment management systems.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 
Location: Coppell, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $26 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Fully On-Site)
