Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Compensation:
- $19/hour
Kelly is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a full-time, in-office position in Farmington, CT. This role will provide support to our Customer Service Spare Parts/Service/Applications lines, primarily through email and internal systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Customer Service inbox, responding to inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to order status, tracking, POs, and more.
- Process quotes for parts and provide accurate information on delivery and invoices.
- Handle requests for software downloads and shipping, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Utilize internal systems such as Halo and SAP (or similar ERP) for order management and tracking.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with ticketing systems and ERP software.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
