Kelly Services is seeking a qualified 1st shift Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to work with Bausch and Lomb in Ballwin, Missouri. 1 year of experience in shipping and logistics, with a working knowledge of inventory programs and Microsoft Office within a manufacturing setting required to apply.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- $18.00 per hour
- Weekly Pay!
Shift:
- 1st shift – Monday thru Friday – 8:00am-4:30pm
Essential Functions:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging and labeling products correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all shipping and receiving operations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Shipping and Receiving at a Production Plant Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience working in a production control environment, focused on shipping and receiving.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with general computer applications used for materials tracking and logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
