Kelly Services is hiring for a Customer Service Representative.

Pay: $15+/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30a-5:30p

Job Duties Include:

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering customer calls and providing general information about our services and trip information

  • Provide trip options for GoBus customers and negotiate trip availability within the scheduling system

  • Checking messages and returning customer calls during times of peak call volume

  • Providing reliable and friendly customer service to internal and external customers

  • Setting up new customer information, inputting trips to create driver manifests and ensuring address accuracy utilizing GEO Code processes

  • Performing call center opening or closing processes to ensure all drivers are logged in or out and all vehicles are operable

  • Maintaining performance goals and productivity

  • Provide administrative support by organizing documents, handling incoming calls and recorded messages, collecting information, and maintaining database accuracy

  • Provide back-up assistance to the dispatch team when necessary and provide coverage for dispatch breaks and lunches as needed

  • Fulfilling additional duties and responsibilities as needed or requested

Education Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. One-year prior experience in customer service-related environment required; experience in a Call Center and/or scheduling environment preferred.
Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the geographical region is required; ability to pass

  • Department of Transportation DOT drug screening requirements

  • Must possess computer and tablet knowledge and skills

  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Multi-line telephone required; previous experience with scheduling software preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
