Shift Details:
•    3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday
•    Schedule: 12 days on, 2 days off; alternate weekends off (depending on production needs)

Compensation:
•    Pay Rate: $34.00 – $38.00/hour (based on experience)
•    Shift Differential: Additional 8%

Key Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will:
•    Diagnose and repair complex machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
•    Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system issues.
•    Operate and maintain industrial washing and blasting equipment (experience preferred).
•    Work independently with minimal supervision to meet production demands.
•    Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance tracking.
•    Address issues related to CNC equipment (Okuma, Haas, Fanuc)—experience is a plus.
•    Demonstrate expertise in controls systems, including Allen Bradley and Siemens.

About You:
You’re a great fit for this role if you:
•    Have a high school diploma or GED.
•    Bring 5-7 years of maintenance experience, with high electrical aptitude.
•    Excel at diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems and controls.
•    Have knowledge of industrial washing, blasting, and CNC equipment (preferred).
•    Are familiar with CMMS software (preferred).
•    Thrive working independently and take pride in solving complex problems.
